Find your muse in the The Magic of Watercolor, an exhibit by members of the Tennessee Watercolor Society eastern regions. This is the third in what has become a biennial exhibition. These artists present fresh work that hasn’t been exhibited with TnWS—so even if you’ve seen their work you won’t have seen THIS work. Watercolor comprises diverse and dynamic mediums including transparent watercolor. You’ll also see work using tempera, gouache, acrylic, inks, and other water-soluble mediums.
“The Tennessee Watercolor Society is a welcoming group of artists who want to share their creative ideas with the beauty and magic of watermedia. Visitors to this exhibit will see a variety of subjects, styles, and techniques all done in watermedia by some of Tennessee's finest watercolor artists,” says Marie Spader-Haas, representative of the Tennessee Watercolor Society eastern regions.
