Description

Explore and develop your painting expertise during this 5-week watercolor class for intermediate and advanced painters! Emphasis will be placed on compositional elements and developing unity in a painting. Students will paint during class time and should be prepared with supplies weekly. And, we’ll have fun!

Materials are not provided. Students should bring their own paints, watercolor paper, and other needed materials.

About the Instructor

Sandy Brown holds a degree in art from Northeastern Illinois University and has done post-graduate work in Studio Art and Art History at Northern Illinois University.  An award-winning watercolor and mixed media artist, her work can be found at Reflections Gallery/Chattanooga, Hetzel Gallery/Cleveland, TN, White Street Market/Athens, TN, and AACA.  Sandy is a Signature Member of the Tennessee Watercolor Society.
